The distance viewing camera
is an optional accessory for Telesensory's Vertex. The camera picks up
images from across a distance and displays them at up to 22X magnification on the Vertex flat
screen panel. Use the camera to create a virtual close up of any
distant image. This feature is ideal in classroom settings or anywhere
you need to bring the action up close. All Vertex viewing options -
magnification, contrast, negative imaging, etc., work with the camera.
Telesensory's new Vertex has been developed to meet the needs of being transported “from place-to-place, time-to-time and person-to-person”. In other words, it serves visually impaired people who need to carry it around for work, study, travel or almost anywhere. At 10 kgs or less, the Vertex can perform well in all of these situations and function as desktop equipment.
